commission terms of service
by commissioning the artist you are agreeing to the below terms of service and and aknowlege breaking these can result in a cancelation and refund of your commission and possible blacklisting
the artist has the right to refuse any commission request at any time.
commission prices are set in gbp and are to be paid in full upfront.
prices are for a single character illustration, for multiple characters, see additional costs section of this tos.
all commissions, adopts, and ychs are paid for via paypal invoice. alternate payment methods may be discussed with the artist.
work will only start after the invoice has been paid in full.
the artist is not obligated to provide a refund at the request of the client at any time under any circumstances.
completion time for art is typically between 2-4 weeks, but may take longer depending on artist life situation.
completed art may or may not be posted on the artists pages, but can be requested to remain private.
the artists holds and retains all rights to the produced illustrations, client retains all rights to their characters, and in the case of fanart ips remains property of their right holders.
the client is allowed to use the completed illustration for personal use only, and may not monitise it in any way.
the client may not remove any watermarks or alter the illustration in any way without artist consent.
absolutely no illustration provided by the artist is to be used as an nft or for ai image generation or training in any way shape or form.
after the final artwork is presented to the client, no refunds will be provided.
design adoptable tos
all the above applies, with the following additions
the artist retains rights to the original illustration of the character.
the client may not alter the original illustration, but is free to alter the design in subsequent artworks. however the client may not add hateful or bigoted elements to the design.
the client may not take credit for the characters design, and must credit the artist where relevent.
the client may gift, trade, or resell the design, it must not be resold for more than was originally paid for, but if additional art of the character exists those may be included in the cost.
additional costs
wip revisions - £3 each (first two are free)
post wip revisions - £8 each
foreground/background elements - starting at £15
characters without a visual reference - £25
very detailed/complicated characters - £10 upwards
alt images - £10 each
additional characters - 100% of base cost each
will not draw
requesting a commission of any of the below will result in a refusal, and depending on the content, the potential client may be blacklisted
characters under the age of 18. this includes loli/shota, characters who have been aged up or down, characters who are over 18 yet retain the appearence of a child, age play, and child associated elements such as school uniforms, diapers, pacifiers, and baby toys.
incestual characters.
situations where consent is dubious or not present.
situations where sexual attraction to animals is implied in any way.
situations intended to be derogatory/hateful/bigoted towards any minoritory.
unsanitary fetishes. this includes scat, farts, excessive sweat or unwashed characters.
vore.
snuff.
detailed robotic designs.
animals.
pregnancy.
armed forces, police, military etc.
